Chessa Eskandanian-Yee

Chessa Eskandanian-Yee is an accomplished business leader and CEO of LeaderEQ, a talent acquisition and management solutions company that focuses on executive coaching. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Smith College and years of experience working in the industry, Chessa has honed her skills and expertise in talent acquisition, management, and counseling. Before starting LeaderEQ, she worked as a partner at Agency360, where she facilitated talent management and acquisition solutions for clients. Additionally, Chessa was a lecturer at Texas A&M University and is a former member of the Forbes San Francisco Business Council. Her passion for philanthropic endeavors is reflected in her dedication to giving back to her community and alma maters, the French American International School (San Francisco, CA), The Bay School of SF, and Smith College.
