Andrew Roettger, an alumnus of Boston University and Sloan School of Management, is a well-regarded corporate and community leader in San Francisco with over 30 years of experience in financial markets. Throughout his career, Andrew has been a member and market maker on major financial exchanges such as the Chicago Board of Trade (CBT/CBOE), a founding member of The London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE), and a member of the Pacific Stock Exchange (PSE) in San Francisco. He also has experience as a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain, soccer coach, and ex-League President. Andrew is passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the Board of 501C3 Andare' Forte' Foundation that provides sports scholarships and Title 34 assistance to underprivileged youth.

As the Managing Principal of Catalyst Financial Inc, a Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and Tax Consulting Firm founded in 1989, Andrew has built a robust and diverse client list that includes companies like Tarana Wireless Inc (Wireless Technology Company), Gotham Green Fund (International Commodity Fund), Persius Financial (blockchain, and cryptocurrency ATM Company), and 4D Presence (Holographic Technology). Andrew is also the President of Catalyst Networks, a wireless network development company.

Andrew has a formidable education background that includes an Executive MBA Program in International Business from Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Boston University. His experience and education have made him a respected consultant, and he has served as a senior consultant to Tarana Wireless Inc, a Wireless Technology Company, and as a consultant at Mt. Tam BioTech.

In his current role, Andrew serves as the Executive Director of the Catalyst Opportunity Zone Impact Fund, an initiative that seeks to promote economic development in low-income areas by encouraging investment in Opportunity Zones. He also sits on the board of CTI Fund, LTD, and Persius Financial (BlockChain Technology). He was also a founding member of Kinetic Fin, a digital Social Media Branding company (Exit 2014) and PVEL Solar Testing Lab (Exit 2015).
