As HireVergence grew, I led the establishment of corporate recruiting operations including SOPs, recruiting workflows, recruiting metrics, trained new hires, and led the customization of our ATS (Bullhorn) for better data collection. I have also taken on marketing, candidate acquisition and client acquisition initiatives.
- Responsible for developing brand strategy, writing blogs, SEO, SEM and social media footprint.
- Grew our LinkedIn following from 0 to nearly 10k and helped grow our sister company, Altimeter
Solutions, from 0 to over 2k followers.

funds year-over-year based upon placement source.
