Christopher A. Holt

Christopher A. Holt is a seasoned legal advisor with a vast experience in complex corporate carve-out transactions and the revitalization of underperforming businesses in Europe and the U.S. As the Managing Director and General Counsel of Private Equity & M&A at Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, he has been instrumental in the evaluation, acquisition, operation, and sale of businesses globally. With a concentration on securities and corporate law, Holt studied Law at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and Political Science at Drew University.

Prior to his current role, Holt served as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company at Cerberus Capital Management. He has also been a Board Member of companies such as Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) and Staples Solutions. He brings a strong work ethic, commercially oriented approach, and a problem-solving attitude to every transaction he deals with.
