Muhammad Mirza is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the services management and customized software system development industry. He has held various management positions at national and multinational companies in Pakistan, including Haier, PEL, Waves, Changhong Ruba, and Kenwood/Homage. Mr. Mirza has a background in mechanical engineering technology and has completed a PGD in total quality management and an MS in quality management. He has also been a mentor, motivational speaker, and a visiting faculty member at the Technology Campus at Superior University in Lahore.

Mr. Mirza's experiences have allowed him to develop a versatile skill set in areas such as department and team development, operation management, and execution of new projects. He also specializes in the sales and services of renewable energy and environment equipment, specifically solar systems and HVACR for domestic, commercial, and industrial scales.

As General Manager of Services and Quality at R&I Electrical Appliances (Pvt.) Ltd., he manages a team and ensures appliances quality, performance, and cosmetic improvements through end-user feedback. Mr. Mirza is known for his innovative policies and progressive changes in annual business plans, which have resulted in improved service quality, increased revenue generation, and reduced costs.
