Mladen Subotic is a highly accomplished sales professional with a diverse background in the technology and telecommunications industries. With an education in Russian from Moscow State University and a Master of Business Administration from Moscow International Higher Business School Mirbis, Subotic is well-equipped for managing complex international business operations.

Subotic's career began as a technician and telecommunications engineer for Jsc Sitronics, where he worked his way up to become the Head of Networks Solutions Support Sector and later, Head of the 3D Party Product Support and Maintenance Division. He also served as Project Manager and Leader of the Installation and Product Team for the company.

Subotic then transitioned to SAP, where he held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Sales Director, CIS Regional Sales Director for Telco Industry and Mobility Solutions, and Sales Department Director for Telecommunications. In his most recent role as Director of Sales Department at Crocs, Inc., Subotic continues to apply his extensive experience in high-tech and telecommunications sales.

Through his tenures at both Jsc Sitronics and SAP, Subotic honed his skills in partnerships and alliances management, account management, telecommunications, project management, sales strategy, and team leadership.
