Rupert Walsh, an experienced technologist and leader, has worked extensively in the technology industry over the years. Currently, he is the CTO of WW Azure Cloud and AI Technology Incubation at Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, where he leads a team that fosters innovation and leverages cloud technologies for customers across Asia.

Prior to this role, Walsh held various leadership positions, including the CTO of WW Apps Centre of Excellence for Microsoft Services and the APJ CTO of Apps Centre of Excellence at Microsoft. He has also served as the Professional Development and Resource Manager, Engagement Manager, and Consultant/Senior Consultant at Microsoft. Prior to his roles at Microsoft, Walsh worked as a Senior Developer at GUI Computing and as a Consultant at IMX Software.

Walsh's educational background includes studying Biochemistry/Chemistry at the University of Melbourne and obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science with high distinction from Swinburne University of Technology.
