She has held top leadership positions at both established global platforms and innovative startups, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and building exceptional teams. With expertise in video, mobile, and social entertainment, she specializes in the intersection of Silicon Valley, Hollywood, and Madison Avenue ecosystems.

As former Director of Global Content Strategy & Programming at Facebook, Kirkbride was responsible for developing a content strategy that reflects the platform's mission of connecting people and communities through shared experiences. Before that, she served as Chief Content Officer of go90 at Verizon and Head of Content at Vessel, where she oversaw original programming and content strategy.

Kirkbride is a strategic thinker with a user-first and data-driven approach who understands the creative side of content production. She has deep partnerships in the content distribution and digital network worlds and trusted relationships in the creative and talent community. She has won awards for her work as a producer and has a talent for solving big, complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.

Kirkbride studied Biotechnology at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology and completed her BS in Commerce with a concentration in Finance at the University of Virginia. She serves on the board of directors of OneGSMedia and is a former board advisor at SoulPancake. She was named a 2018 Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute and has held key leadership roles at Generate, YouTube, and Advent International.
