Taylor Fields is a former CPA who transitioned into entrepreneurship and leadership, driven by a passion for coffee and the mission to make outstanding coffee accessible to all. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Depaul University.

Currently, Taylor Fields is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nostalgia Coffee Roasters, overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the company. Previously, Taylor served as the Co-Chair of the San Diego Chapter at Startout, offering expertise and guidance. Taylor also worked as an Early Stage and Impact-Driven Advisor at Village Up San Diego, leveraging experience to support impactful initiatives.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Taylor Fields gained valuable experience in accounting roles, having worked as a Corporate Accountant at Intuit. Taylor also held positions at Bdo, starting as an Assurance Intern, progressing to Experienced Assurance Associate, and working as a Tax Intern. This varied background equipped Taylor with a diverse skill set and insights into financial practices.
