Luc Estapé is a seasoned turn-around specialist and management generalist with a wealth of professional experience in reorganization, non-profits, fundraising, business development, and strategy development from his career that spans across multiple industries. He holds a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen and has worked for prestigious organizations like Ericsson, Lonza, KPMG Management Consulting, Swiss Management Association SMG, among others. Luc is an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a focus on professionalizing services, fundraising, management, and strategy development and delivery. Previously, he served as the CEO of Winterthur City Marketing, CEO of the Swiss Management Association SMG, and as the Executive Director of AFS Intercultural Programs Switzerland. He is an active member of the Open for New Challenges community and has served on the board of Intermundo and as the Partner Director Representative to the Board of Trustees at AFS Intercultural Programs. Luc is also a proud father and houseman with a commitment to his family.
