Pekka Front is an accomplished designer with vast experience in service design, UI/UX design, and business management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Design and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. With a passion for great digital experiences, Pekka has leveraged design thinking to make his mark in the design industry. He has worked for various organizations, including Lääkärikeskus Aava, KAMU Health Ltd, CONMIO, and W3 Group Finland Oy.

Pekka is the former Founder and Board Member of Laurea Entrepreneurship Society Ry - LaureaES, and a former Program Director at Uudenmaan Yrittajat. He has also worked as an Investment Manager at Greater Helsinki Promotion, Entrepreneur at Frontline Results, Project Director at Helsinki Metropolitan Entrepreneurship Academy, Marketing Manager at Otaniemi Marketing, and Sales, Sporting goods at Veljekset Halonen Oy. Furthermore, he is a former Youth Instructor for Southern Finland at Suomen Koripalloliitto.
