Brian Bowman is an accomplished data scientist and algorithm developer with a wide range of skills in mathematics, engineering, statistics, and analytical science. Over the years, he has worked in various organizations, including IDeaS Research at IDeaS, a SAS Company, Sandia National Laboratories, Efecta Technologies, Florida Gulf Coast University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and UC San Diego. Bowman is known for his expertise in forecasting, optimization, pattern recognition, business intelligence, business analytics, operational research, statistics, signal processing, wavelets, medical imaging (including DICOM), information theory, and machine learning. He has a wealth of knowledge in developing technology-driven solutions for business forecasting, optimization, and pricing. Bowman is a leader of technical projects, producing significant business gains. He has a Ph.D. in Physics from UC San Diego and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.
