Jim Schmidt is a York University graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with Honours, majoring in Theatre. He also obtained a Certificate in General Studies from Thompson Rivers University. Jim is an expert in sales and has a remarkable work ethic that emphasizes integrity over cheap closing tactics. He believes that sales are essentially problem-solving and finding ways to help individuals or organizations meet their needs.

Jim has served as a Research Consultant at Grant Advance Solutions Inc and worked as a Landscaper at Vision Landscaping. In addition, he has held several other job titles such as Materiel Management - Porter & Driver at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority, Independent Sales Representative at Combined Insurance, Outside Sales Representative at The Acquisition Group, Producer/Host at You Laugh We Donate, Coffee Roaster at 2% Jazz Coffee, Waiter at 10 Acres Bistro, and Bartender at Recipe Unlimited Corporation.
