Erika Setzler is a post-collegiate athlete who has an immense passion for fitness, health, and wellness. She is a Fitness Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer at Conway Regional Health and Fitness Center, where she assists people in reaching their fitness goals. Setzler holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and has also completed her Masters in Health Science from the University of Central Arkansas. Her experience includes working as an intern at D1 Sports Training and being a part of Kanakuk as a field staff and kitchen staff.

With her educational background and expertise, Setzler specializes in fitness assessment, exercise prescription, and group fitness. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and optimize their overall health. Being a sports enthusiast, she now enjoys competing in triathlons and road races outside of her professional work.
