Simon Greenhalgh founded the brand ThinkingBig, which specializes in helping small businesses grow beyond their goals by using a "Thinking Big" mindset and process, as well as various online marketing methods. Simon and his team aim to generate leads by implementing strategies like market research, demographic research, conversion testing, copywriting, paid traffic, social media, viral marketing, video marketing, and affiliate recruitment. They have a passion for the main goal of selling results, not services, and work closely with their clients to ensure success.

Simon's prior experience includes managing director roles at Indispensoft Ltd, Super Affiliates Ltd, and FES Electrical Ltd. He's a graduate of Walkden High School.
