Thi Do is a highly proficient and experienced attorney with a focus on intellectual property, complex commercial transactions, and internet-related legalities. She has spent her career increasingly focusing her work towards licensing, international agreement, and content distribution. Thi is a UCLA alumnus with a B.A. in Philosophy and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. She has worked at some of the biggest tech firms in the world, including Yahoo and The Trade Desk, as a director and senior legal counsel. Her vast knowledge and guidance have helped shape new initiatives in developing business areas, company-wide policies, content and technology products, and international initiatives.
