Arham Faraaz, a seasoned Program Manager with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, has successfully delivered multiple programs with revenues that exceeded $10 million. Currently working at Publicis Sapient, Arham has managed 3 Programs comprising of 8 projects in the last 32 months, leading a team of 40+ members. Through his expertise in managing stakeholder expectations, he has excelled in engaging with clients, development, QA, creative QA, analytics, support, infrastructure, engineering, BSA, and business, while his experience in developing, reviewing, and executing project plans has allowed him to maintain effective delivery timelines.

Arham is passionate about mentoring team members on both Agile and traditional project management methodologies while preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to present to the internal leadership teams and clients. Over the years, he has managed 5 Scrum-based Agile and 3 waterfall projects. Moreover, Arham's commitment to supporting the PM community is reflected through his YouTube channel where he guides individuals on how to pass the PMP exam and scale up their career while understanding project management concepts.
