Randi Fiat is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 30 years of experience. She is passionate about creating a just and sustainable world through systemic transformation. She has a degree in psychology/marketing from Northwestern University and has worked with diverse networks of change agents from different fields such as design, business, academia, and media. Randi is an expert in developing compelling narratives and engagement strategies that lead to collective action towards solving complex challenges we face. She has held several high-level positions, including CEO at Randi Fiat & Associates and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Epic Decade. Currently, she is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Carbon Underground and an HSD Complexity Practitioner at Human Systems Dynamics.
