Lynn Donaldson, BSc. MBA, is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. She has brought her diverse expertise in pharmacology research, clinical data management, and complex project management to found ConnectA Strategic Solutions Group. The company provides consultancy services to pharmaceutical, life sciences, and health and wellness fields. Their services include brand asset and product strategy, consulting and advisory services, early development strategy, regulatory and compliance services, and workforce solutions.

Before starting ConnectA Strategic Solutions, Lynn worked as the CEO of several other pharma consultancy companies, including ConnectA Pharma Resource, iVate Strategy, and integris3 BioSolutions. She has also worked as the VP of Client Services at IDEA Pharma and the Senior Director of Client Services (US) at PAREXEL (PPSI).

Lynn holds a BSc in Pharmacology from North East London Polytechnic, a BSc in Applied Science from Sheffield Polytechnic, and an MBA in Business from the University of Brighton.

In her free time, Lynn enjoys working in the biotech industry and applying her education and skills to help clients meet unique challenges. She is also committed to helping clients develop and bring products to the market in a compliant manner and provide their workforce with the necessary resources to thrive in the rapidly changing marketplace.
