Acted as student instructor for facilitated learning sessions in both calculus and chemistry, working closely with professors to provide students with support and lessons outside of scheduled class, leading weekly sessions with 25+ students where I created worksheets and study guides as additional practice material. Provided one-on-one appointments in math, chemistry, and biology, with about 12 appointments a week.

I operated OpenTable reservation system and phone-line, multi-tasking between updating the system, assisting customers, and managing the phone, seating up to 300 covers a shift. Additionally, I trained 12+ new staff members including hosts, food runners, and waitstaff. As a caterer, I worked with customers one-on-one to plan catering events, both remote and in-house, for groups with up to 120 people.
