Ursula Mlynarek
Ursula Mlynarek is an experienced and knowledgeable researcher, project-based researcher, team lead, educator, and organizer with extensive expertise in the areas of community organizing, policy education, database management, good jobs, and livable neighborhoods. She has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Alverno College and a Master's of Arts in Economics from Roosevelt University. Ursula has worked as a Researcher and Project-Based Researcher at SEIU, where she honed her skills in data analysis, research design, and dispute resolution. She has also worked as a Team Lead and Organizer, where she developed excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Ursula has previously worked as a Community Educator and a Database Manager for Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education and Strategic Actions for a Just Economy Right to the City Coalition, respectively. Through her work, she has demonstrated a commitment to creating equitable and just communities, advocating for social justice and economic empowerment, and helping people build their capacity to advocate for themselves.
