Szlapak's career has spanned a variety of roles and industries, including his time as a financial analyst at J.P. Morgan, a project manager at the Fairview Hotel, and a product manager at Rivio Inc. He also served as Joint Managing Director at the Fairview Hotel and Joint CEO at City Lodge East Africa, where he honed his skills in leadership, operations management, and strategic planning.

Most recently, Szlapak served as Head of Global Operations at Branch.co, where he was also an advisor and investor during the company's seed round. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Szlapak Inc., where he leverages his wealth of experience and knowledge to bring value to his organization and its stakeholders.
