Ben Feuer

Ben Feuer, a top appellate litigator in California, is the Chairman of Complex Appellate Litigation Group, LLP. He has represented large and small businesses, individuals, and associations in the California appellate courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ben has won numerous awards for his successes in high-stakes appeals and writs, including bet-the-company commercial disputes, multimillion-dollar tort actions, major real estate controversies, high-net worth family law litigation, and novel constitutional law challenges.

Ben graduated in the top of his class from Northwestern Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review, and argued for the national moot court team. He has previously worked with some of the most noted litigators, including Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Williams & Connolly, where he completed his clerkship under Judge Carlos T. Bea on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.

As a writer, Ben regularly contributes articles to the mainstream and legal press, having been published in the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and San Francisco Chronicle. He has organized, moderated, and spoken on more than fifty panels with appellate judges, practitioners, and professors on topics related to appellate practice and constitutional theory, being named one of the "Top 40 Lawyers Under 40" in California by the Daily Journal.
