Jim Curry

Jim Curry is a co-founder of BuildGroup and previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Rackspace, where he was also a co-founder of OpenStack. He has a diverse educational background, with a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and studies at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.

Currently, Jim Curry is actively involved as a Co-Founder at Build Group, Inc. His extensive experience also includes roles as an Investor and Board Member at various companies such as Casetext, Pod Foods, Project44, Gembah, Flowspace, Cybrary, X-Mode Social, Confident Financial Solutions, Inc. (CFS), Anaconda, Inc., Convey Inc, Fiix Software, Calytera, and OpenStack.

In his past roles, Jim Curry has contributed significantly to the tech industry, having been a Founding Board Member at OpenStack and holding leadership positions at Rackspace, where he was the General Manager of Openstack.org and the Senior Vice President and General Manager. Prior to that, he also worked at Dell Technologies, Bowstreet, and held positions at Scf Partners and Goldman Sachs.
