Ashley Rule is a seasoned HR professional with a background in education. After obtaining a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Sciences from Santa Clara University and a BA in Political Science and History from The Ohio State University, Ashley embarked on a career in recruitment. She started as a Recruiting Coordinator and eventually made her way to Recruiter, honing her skills at BlackRock before moving on to become a Sales Recruiter at Pure Storage in 2015.

During her five years at BlackRock, Ashley was involved in a broad range of projects, from refreshing the Employee Referral Program to creating a Recruiting Coordinator handbook. She was responsible for filling up to 130 positions each year, hiring across all levels for Investment, Technology and Business Operations teams, and served as a New Hire Orientation leader. Ashley's work experience also includes a stint as a Social Studies & Physical Education Teacher at Archbishop Mitty High School in California and as a Marketing Coordinator at ERNO LASZLO, a skincare company.

Ashley's educational background and well-rounded career have equipped her with a wide range of skills, including teaching, marketing, and sales. She is passionate about HR and loves helping companies grow by finding talented, motivated employees. When not working, Ashley enjoys swimming (she used to coach women's swim at Archbishop Mitty High School), traveling, and spending time with her family.
