Jared Evans is an innovative and experienced attorney and legislative affairs specialist with a strong track record of nine years in advising elected and appointed officials across diverse ideological spectrums.

His expertise lies in combining vision, creativity, and robust professional acumen with well-developed legislative relations skills, exceptional written and oral communication abilities, and leadership qualities.

Jared's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Relations and National Security Studies from The George Washington University Law School, a Juris Doctorate in Civil Law from Southern University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University.

Throughout his career, Jared has held significant roles such as Policy Counsel at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., Chief of Staff at the Office of Legal Counsel in the Executive Office of Mayor Muriel Bowser, and Special Assistant at the same office.

He has also served as an Attorney for the House Committee on Transportation, Highways, and Public Works at the Louisiana House of Representatives, an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute, and a Central Staff Attorney in the Governmental Affairs Division at the Louisiana House of Representatives.
