Sushmita Hedge is an accomplished UX Researcher with diverse professional experience. Prior to mastering UX research methodologies and practices, Sushmita spent 2.5 years working as a software engineer in the PLM domain. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Interaction and Experience Design from the University of Limerick. With 2.5 years of professional experience, she specialises in conducting research using a range of techniques such as User Interviews, Contextual Inquiry, Surveys, and Card Sorting, among others. Her skills include conducting Usability Testing in both lab settings and remotely; Wireframing, ideating, and sketching. Sushmita is currently working as a User Experience Researcher at PeepalDesign, where she applies her expertise in researching, ideating, and prototyping user interfaces for varied clients. Previously, she worked as a UX Researcher at Lollypop UI/UX Studio and is a former Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra.
