Catherine Howe
Catherine Howe is a renowned digital innovation expert and director of communities at Adur District and Worthing Borough Councils. With a career spanning across the private and non-profit sectors, she is a technologist by trade and is passionate about digital democracy and social change. Catherine has served as CEO of Public-i Group Ltd, has been a governor at the Portslade Aldridge Community Academy, and was a member of the Board of Trustees at the Centre for Public Scrutiny. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in systems thinking, digital civic space, and citizenship, earning a DPhil in Social Policy from the University of Sussex. Catherine's research interests cover digital transformation and collaborative digital technologies, among others. She graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and completed her MSc in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems (ADMIS) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). ---
