Andrew Murphy is an accomplished financial professional with a proven track record of success in various industries. Having studied at Augusta Preparatory Day School, Murphy went on to pursue a Bachelors degree in Accounting with a GPA of 3.7 and subsequently earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance with a GPA of 3.9 from Jacksonville University.

Murphy has held several important positions throughout his career, starting as an Assistant to the Dean of Arts and Science at Jacksonville University, and then moving on to work as an Accounting Intern at Fidelity National Financial. Later, he has worked as a Senior Accountant at LBA Certified Public Accountants, an Associate Editor at BMWBlog.com, an Executive Recruiter in Accounting and Finance at CSI Search, and a Division Accountant at Republic Services Inc.

His true calling, however, was in the field of energy, which is where he spent most of his career. He was the Formerly Finance Senior Manager, Senior Director of Finance, and Director of Finance at APR Energy, a global provider of fast-track power solutions. He eventually rose to the rank of Vice President of FP&A at the same company, where he was responsible for driving financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling across different functions of the organization.

In addition to his impressive career in finance, Murphy has also written for BMW Car Club of America and is a Certified Management Accountant.
