Debbie Younger is a seasoned Creative Recruiter with 24 years of experience representing top talent in the creative industry. Her expertise ranges from Brand Design, Graphic Design, Experience and Digital Management, to Digital Marketing, Social and Content, Print and Production. Debbie started her career in publishing, but it was her time in an advertising agency that propelled her into creative recruitment. Since then, she has worked in Sydney and Melbourne across various industries on a permanent, contract or freelance basis. Debbie is a graduate of Macleay College with a Diploma in Advertising and Moriah College for her secondary education. She worked in several companies, including Artisan Recruitment, Creative Recruiters, Tenth House, and Yaffa Publishing, to name a few.
