Oxman is a former Judicial Law Clerk at State of Maine and a former News Anchor and Producer at WRNX/WTTT. Additionally, he has served as Senior Vice President -- Industry Affairs at Consumer Technology Association, General Counsel at INCOMPAS, Vice President, and Assistant General Counsel at Covad Communications Company and Counsel for Advanced Communications at Federal Communications Commission.
