Chastity Percell is an accomplished customer success expert with over 10 years of experience in account management, sales, and customer-focused roles. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from Monmouth University, she also studied Management Essentials at Harvard Business School Online.
She has worked at several notable companies, including Alation, Collibra, STEALTHbits Technologies, AvePoint Public Sector, and Cospack America Corp. At Alation, she was a Customer Success Manager, a Manager of Customer Success Management for the East Region, and currently, a Sr. Manager of Account Management (Global). Her responsibilities included being a post-sale primary contact for inquiries from onboarding to maintenance renewal, customer adoption, retention, and engagements, reducing the rate of risk, and collaborating with different teams to meet customer requirements.
