Andrea Kadlec is an accomplished lawyer and disability rights advocate with an impressive educational and professional background. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in Law from Seattle University School of Law and her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Andrea started her professional career as a journalist after obtaining her Bachelor's in Journalism from Gonzaga University. She worked relentlessly as an Attorney at Disability Rights Washington where she helped protect the rights of people with disabilities. Andrea also served as the Director of Advocacy Development at Disability Rights Washington for several years. She was the Region 2 Developmental Disabilities Ombuds at the Office of Developmental Disabilities Ombuds and the Public Policy Chair, Executive Committee member at Washington State Special Education Coalition. Andrea has also worked as a Chair at Northshore SEPAC and Trustee, Board of Directors at Arc of King County. Her expertise lies in disability rights advocacy, community relations, and public policy.
