With more than ten years of experience in business development, marketing, and event production, Baker has established herself as a leader in the industry by leveraging innovative sponsorship methods to engage with business professionals.

Before founding Winston Baker, Baker directed B2B and B2C business development efforts across legal, real estate, financial, pharma, and tech sectors as VP of Business Development at ALM. She worked with entertainment, music, and sports companies as Director of Business Development at RPMC, where she created event marketing programs, travel incentive services, sweepstakes, and media promotions. Additionally, she worked as a Sales Manager at Strategic Research Institute, where she was responsible for selling sponsorships for investment, banking, legal, healthcare, and emerging technology conferences.

Prior to her successful career in business development, Baker modeled internationally with agencies, including Elite, Click, and Ricardo Guy. She earned a BA in Psychology from New York University with honors.
