Sean Suder is a leading real estate and zoning attorney who has been recognized by industry leaders for his expertise in zoning and land use practices. He has been named a "Leading Lawyer" by Chambers USA 2020 and is considered an expert in providing creative solutions to zoning, land use code, and title issues.

Sean is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and the District of Columbia, and has served as lead counsel on a broad range of commercial real estate and development matters, including commercial purchase and sale transactions, zoning and land use approvals and appeals, real estate tax matters, and real estate financing and refinancing. He has also consulted with numerous communities to create modern, clear, consistent, usable, and defensible zoning codes.

Prior to founding his own firm, Suder LLC, Sean was a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP and Graydon Law, where he was the Commercial Real Estate & Development Industry Group Chair. Additionally, Sean served as the Chief Counsel for Land Use and Planning at the City of Cincinnati and worked as an Attorney at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL and as an Assistant Development Manager at Clark Construction Group.

Sean holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.U.E.P. in Urban and Environmental Planning from The University of Virginia School of Architecture.
