Michael Josephs is an experienced technology leader with a background spanning Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) roles in various sectors. Most recently, he was the CIO and later the Executive Advisor at American Advisors Group (AAG), a leading provider of financial services for seniors with a focus on innovation and customer care. Michael also serves in advisory capacities with Diviplatinum, LLC, engages in executive coaching through Leaderology, and contributes to teaching programs at Irvine Technology and UCLA for Women in Leadership CIO Certification.
