Jené Roestorf

Jené Roestorf is an accomplished entrepreneur and scientist whose background spans biotechnology, bioethics, nanotechnology, and architecture. As the Founder and Chief of Botanicals at LUXE Botanics, Jené embraces intelligent beauty activism by combining science and nature to create globally sourced botanical oils and extracts that provide targeted, botanical solutions to solve common skincare concerns.

Her passion for the biological world coupled with her natural creative flair led her to study nano- and bio-technology while in Australia, where she worked in laboratories and pharmaceutical MNCs focused on pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing global oncology and dermatology clinical trials both in Australia and Singapore.

Jené's background in architecture paired with her interest in psychology, led her to study Communications, where she gained the skills to understand and empathize with others. She later earned a B.Sc. in Nanotechnology + Biological Chemistry from The University of Queensland, and a Masters of Applied Science in Biotechnology + Bioethics from University of Sydney.
