Mohit Chawla is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and managing director of Bimtek Group, a single-family investment office that focuses on real estate and infrastructure investments. With extensive experience in private equity, hedge funds, investment banking, and venture capital, Mohit has a diversified portfolio of investments in blue-chip real estate private equity funds, distressed and special situations, and core-plus assets, among others.

At Bimtek, Mohit's primary focus is on the Industrial and Warehousing Spaces sector, where he runs Indus Global Industrial Spaces (IGIS), India's first smart-warehouse capabilities enabled logistic parks platform. Mohit's expertise in early-stage and venture capital investments, combined with his geographical focus on India, the UK, continental Europe, and the US, make him an ideal partner for startups, founders, intermediaries, investment bankers, and advisors seeking growth capital.

Before founding Bimtek Group, Mohit gained extensive experience in architecture, real estate, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded BUILD Entrepreneurship Platform and EdlogIQ, two VC-funded startups that achieved successful exits in the consumer tech and edtech spaces. He also worked as a consultant and visiting architect at Ateliers Jean Nouvel, assistant project manager at Gehry Partners, LLP, and real estate analyst at UNITY GROUP, INDIA.

Mohit is an alumnus of HEC Paris, Stanford University, and Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and has been featured in Forbes' publication on "Young Leaders of the Future" in 2016.
