Kevin Cassidy is a marketing operations expert with a strong passion for technology and problem-solving. With experience in B2B marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, Salesforce, and social media, Cassidy is currently the Director of Marketing Operations at DocuSign, where he is responsible for building a global marketing operations engine that makes campaigns more efficient and effective. Prior to his role at DocuSign, Cassidy has held several marketing automation and global marketing operations manager positions at Sage, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Cassidy earned a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing from the University College Dublin. He also earned a Leaving Certificate with top grades in Maths, English, Irish, French, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, and Business from St Andrew's College in Dublin.

In his spare time, Cassidy enjoys charity work, cycling, running, and tinkering with technology. As a problem solver, he aims to harness the power of modern technology to improve marketing tactics and change people's perception of it while proving its value. Cassidy's key strength is his ability to find solutions to problems before people even realize they have them.
