As the former Vice President of Innovation & Design at both Worldpay and Fiserv, he transformed those companies to adopt practices of Agile/Scrum, Lean Startup and Design Thinking. As a result, custom business practices were developed, and metrics were established to ensure that their products ticked all the boxes for being desirable, feasible, and economically viable.

Joe is a qualified electrical engineer who graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Human-Computer Interaction Master's Program at Georgia Institute of Technology. Before his leadership roles at Worldpay and Fiserv, Joe was the Director of Engineering, System Management at NCR, where he oversaw UX and engineering management. He was also the Engineering Director-UX/Senior Operations Manager at IBM Internet Security Systems, where he was responsible for UX and software engineering management.
