Emma Feggetter is a Senior Manager at Accenture with a background in teaching and a passion for making improvements in the public sector. She studied Chemistry at Bristol University where she obtained a 2.1 Bachelor of Science degree before obtaining a Masters in Leadership from UCL through the Teach First program. Her experience includes working as a Deputy Head of Science and Science Teacher at Walthamstow Academy, where she made a positive impact on the school. Feggetter's primary focus is on resolving business challenges and opportunities to maximize public spending in key services for the betterment of society. She enjoys the diversity of challenges faced by the public sector and not-for-profit organizations and is committed to making a material social impact indirectly through her work. She is also involved in various volunteer activities in Accenture's Girls in STEM initiative and supports Lab_13. Her career break allowed her to satisfy her travel ambitions and develop much more of an environmental conscience, further shaping who she is today.
