Dr. Cheung holds several degrees, including an MPP in economic development from Harvard University and an MSc in International Health & Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford. He combines his expertise in decision science and strategic analysis to create effective solutions for market failures. Dr. Cheung's focus at McKinsey is on industry strategy, health reform, hospital reconfiguration, operational improvement, and the use of machine learning to inform public policy development. He also has experience as a Policy Fellow at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet in Australia, Resident Medical Officer at the Royal Darwin Hospital, and internships at Gavi and the World Health Organization.
