Yifat Cooper is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of human resources (HR) and organizational behavior. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management, both from Tel Aviv University. Cooper has a rich career history, having worked at a variety of prestigious organizations in different HR roles, including Director of HR and HR Manager at Innovid, HR & Operations Manager at SEISEI- Essentinal Creativity, and Director at "Access For All"- Tel Aviv University.

As Director of HR at Innovid, Cooper brings her expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and employee engagement to the company. Her experience in this role, as well as her previous HR positions, has equipped her with the skills to manage and develop HR policies, drive employee benefits initiatives, and create welcoming and inclusive work environments.
