Gourav Sarkar is an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Solutions expert with over 11 years of experience in DevOps and SQL Server Database Administration. He has worked with various Azure services such as Azure cloud services, Azure storage, IIS, Azure Active Directory (AD), Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Storage, Azure, Blob Storage, Azure VMs, SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Monitor, and Azure Service Bus. Gourav is an expert in Azure Scalability and Azure Availability, having built VMs availability sets using the Azure portal and Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS) using Azure Resource Manager to manage network traffic. He has a background in migrating on-premises applications to Azure, configured VNETs and subnets as per project requirements, and is proficient in ARM and Terraform templates for Azure platform. His skills also extend to Kubernetes and Docker containers in Azure, where he has architected and developed continuous integration, continuous deployment, and configuration management that automated builds and deployments to numerous environments using VSTS on Azure DevOps project.

Gourav graduated from the Bengal Institute of Technology & Management, Santiniketan, and St. Thomas' Boys' School, Kidderpore, where he studied Computer Science and Engineering and 10+2 Science, respectively.
