Kenneth Hall is an accomplished CEO, CFO, and Operating Partner with a wide range of cross-functional leadership expertise. He has a proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, corporate development, turnaround management, and operations across various industries. He has worked with middle-market companies to develop and execute growth and restructuring strategies, led successful turnarounds and restructurings, and orchestrated successful liquidity events. Ken has extensive experience at the Board level on strategic and corporate governance matters with both public and private companies.

Ken holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. He received the Graduate School’s Outstanding Student Award from Golden Gate University. In his illustrious career, he served as CEO of NexCen Brands, a public, vertically integrated global brand management company. At NexCen Brands, he led the turnaround that saw the company become a diversified portfolio of companies in the consumer branded products, food & beverage, and franchise industries. With Over 1,900 franchised stores in over 40 countries, its products were distributed and sold through a network of leading retailers, manufacturers, and franchisees across all major retail distribution segments from luxury to mass market.

Ken's extensive experience and expertise have earned him membership in the National Association of Corporate Directors and Financial Executives International. He serves on the Board of The Yacht Racing Association of Long Island Sound.
