Niki Naboulsi, a workplace culture expert, has leveraged her experience in advertising to build meaningful employee experiences. After completing her Bachelor of Science degrees in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Oregon, Naboulsi embarked on a journey spanning eight years in HR, People Operations, and Employee Engagement. She has served in multiple roles and organizations, including Senior Manager Employee Experience and People Programs, Global Onboarding at DoorDash, Employee Experience Manager, Culture and People Operations Manager at mcgarrybowen, People Operations Manager and HR Generalist at Swirl, Special Events and Part-Time Tasting Room Associate at Scribe Winery, Social Media Contributor at The One Show, and Intern at bell+funk. Naboulsi is currently heading employee lifecycle programs at Sonder, a unicorn start-up in San Francisco.
