Shanker Mohan, a highly qualified Marketing professional with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology Calicut, is a serial leader with experience in delivering results in hyper growth environments in the technology, consumer goods and retail industries.

Throughout his career, Shanker has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of his work through working in different roles in internationally reputed organizations such as Amazon, Star India Pvt Ltd, and Deloitte Consulting. His vast experience has sharpened his knowledge and capabilities in Product Marketing, Growth and Retention strategies, Private Brands, and Network Digital Marketing.

In his recent role as the Senior Director of Retention at Licious, Shanker leverages his expertise to lead and manage customer retention programs for the brand, developing engagement strategies across various customer touchpoints. Prior to this, as Director of Marketing at MFine and Associate Director of Growth and Product Marketing at MFine, Shanker worked to drive growth and growth marketing for the platform in the B2B2C segment, resulting in the platform's successful expansion throughout the country.
