Alexia Redick is a seasoned ballet expert with over 95 years of family tradition in the art of ballet and dance. Her great-grandmother, Alicia Kish, was a Prima with the Hungarian State Opera Ballet, and Alexia's mother, Julia, became the youngest ballet mistress at the Hannah More School. Alexia followed in her family's footsteps, creating the Conservatory Ballet Foundation and continuing her family's legacy of excellence. She has also worked as a marketing consultant, project manager, financial consultant, and agent for various organizations, including New York Life Insurance Company, AXA Advisors, and Reel Potential, LLC. Alexia's educational background includes a Master's Degree from Liberty University, Information Technology studies at the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sweet Briar College.
