Heather Goldman is a 20+ year veteran of the capital markets and technology industry who has served in a variety of executive roles over the years. Currently, she is a director and trustee for global fund complexes managed by Brookfield Public Securities Group. She also advises on international business development for the Israel Financial Institute and serves as a board director for The Gesher Foundation USA. Heather has a passion for philanthropy and has dedicated her time to various causes closely to her heart, including the University Settlement and volunteering as a water resource management specialist with the US Peace Corps in Mali, West Africa. She is a registered representative holding Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 licenses (inactive) and also has an MBA from the Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.

Heather is a seasoned leader in the financial industry and has held various senior managerial roles with organizations such as Brookfield Asset Management, Starwood Capital, KFI, and the Bank of Montreal. She was also the founder and CEO of CapitalThinking—a venture-backed application software company for financial services specializing in commercial real estate finance, investment, and risk management. Heather recently founded Capstak, Inc., an online national marketplace for financing commercial property. Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and studied at the Andhra University.
