With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, he has worked with both domestic and international companies requiring uninterrupted service delivery. He has managed infrastructures with over 100k servers, 1.5million weekly visitors, and over 50 million members.

Valadares is also noted for his emotional intelligence and ability to foster collaboration between teams. Additionally, he is a proven team leader with experience in forming, training, and mentoring departments with as many as 25 professionals. He is an effective steward of budgets as large as $30M.
